About the authors :

Simone Eiken is a consultant specialized in crisis management and business continuity. Before creating Pharesight Conseil, she has been working for IBM Germany and France for 5 years as a consultant. Her main sectors of activity were industry and financial sector. Simone is a regular speaker in conferences about crises management and lecturer for a French Master (ESIEA).
Simone Eiken holds a bachelor in International Business (Berufsakadmie Stuttgart in cooperation with Open University London and Institut de Formation Internationale Groupe ESC Rouen).

Olivier Velin is a consultant specialized in crisis management, security, business continuity and risk management. He has exerciced these activities with IBM France for 7 years. Olivier acquired his 25 years of professional experience in the industrial sector, banking, finance and insurance.
Olivier is author of various articles about crisis management and security. He is a regular conference speaker and lecturer for a French Master (ESIEA).
Olivier holds a DESS Management (ESG Paris) and an ISMA (Institut Supérieur de Management) diploma.
